Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook
declares war on conservatism
Conservative thought on
Facebook is being constantly censored under the watchful eyes of its founder,
Mark Zuckerberg. Complaints concerning this
liberal giant are spread over thousands of internet pages. They have one theme
in common, the greatest majority of them are from conservative minded
individuals. Zuckerberg’s henchmen carefully monitor zillions of pages that
make up Facebook. They go into attack mode when they sense a conservative page
or in the event a conservative posts his or her ideas on several other pages. With
minimal warning, the conservative commentator is blocked from commenting on
others pages from days to weeks. Facebook’s excuse is these individuals or
groups are spamming others. Diligently reviewing this issue, the evidence leans
away from Facebook’s claims. In the last several days, my account came under
assault from Facebook’s Ministry of Selected Truth. Since I have no commercial
interests to relate to others, this could not be the reason for their
assertions of spamming. Yet my conservative bent may have annoyed someone out
there in liberal-land, who may have reported one of my posts as spam. In an
attempt to clear my good name, I contacted Facebook, but to no avail. The
management will not condescend to discuss any issues with us mere plebeians.
Without resolution, my Facebook account is nearly worthless, because I am not allowed
to comment on others pages. Censorship’s evil grip has infected Facebook. Its
unkind grasp is aimed at only one group, conservatives. Several internet
searches failed to find any liberals complaining of Facebook’s dirty hands on
their pages. Recently, Mark Zuckerberg was seen with the President for several
photo-ops, energizing the public’s mind of his political penchant. Knowledge of
Facebook’s compliance with the government is even more profound because it
provides this bureaucracy with information on users with the touch of a button.
Facebook’s transformation into a very cooperative extended arm of the
government is chilling because of the enormous amount of data it has collected
on its users. Knowing that it monitors conservative thought and its hierarchy
is close with the present Administration is very troubling. These facts alone
should be a red light for anyone using its pages. A wise user of Facebook
should post minimal information about themselves on this site. A wiser person
would move on. Mark Davis MD, platomd@gmail.com,
